$150 Enroll

Full course description

The APWA Utah chapter, in cooperation with the Utah Storm Water Advisory Committee, has developed this program. Projects are legally required to designate a stormwater inspector with training and qualifications.

You will have 30 days from entering the course to complete the online portion and take the test and an additional 60 days to enter your 10 inspections (90 day limit from the date of first registration).

To receive the RSI Certification, you will need to score at least a 70% on the final exam.

When you register on the LTAP site you will receive an email invitation from Instructure Canvas.  You must accept the invitation to start the course.

You will be adding your inspections in Module 11. You will be able to either upload them or type the information into the quiz template.

If you have entered all your inspections, then you will be able to access a copy of your certificate from your RSI record on the Utah LTAP website.

You are responsible for keeping your customer records updated with the current contact information. Make a note of your username and password for the future.

Certification is good for 2 years from the completion date of the course.

Renewal: Your RSI certification is good for 2 years.  APWA and USWAC have determined that the class and test will need to be retaken every two years (no renewal only option).  It will require 10 inspections; no professional development hours will be required to recertify as the class/test meeet the professional development hours.
